All orders will be packed and dispatched within 2 – 3 working days. Delivery typically takes 3 –5 working days to reach the address specified in your order. Working days does not include Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Yes, we do offer international shipping but do bear in mind that the shipping cost will be charged based on the weight of the parcel. Delivery time for international shipping varies from 3 –4 weeks, depending on your location as well as time of year. Should there be any duty or tax charges incur, payment will be done by the receiver.

All our items are listed in Malaysia Ringgit and we charge your account in Malaysia Ringgit. The bank that issued your credit card will determine the exchange rate.

RETURN & REFUND

If you believe you have received a defective or wrong item due to our error, please email info@jardinebotanical.com with your order number and a photograph of the item you received for inspection within 14 days. We may ask you to send the item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that our product must be returned back to its original condition. Any returns or exchange will be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you a refund instead.
